Order Cancellations — WE ARE HERE

We understand that plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

How to Cancel

1. Email us at efeishat@gmail.com with your order number and subject line: "Order Cancellation Request"
2. We'll confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation
3. If approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

After 24 Hours

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item once received. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds on Cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
